Hello I am interested in doing lipo 360 with a fat transfer to hips and buttocks. II have a cardia history or coarctation and double stents an issue I was born with and now functioning medication free. Any surgeon experienced a patient with previous heart conditions with success? Or is it highly unadvised even with cardiac clearance. Any thoughts would be helpful or surgeons with patients with similar who are familiar with this. I would be a skinny bbl case too.
