Body feminization - Would BBL with lipo 360 and J-plasma deliver large hips and a voluptuous buttock? (photos)

Hi there, ive had a consultation wirh my surgeon and hes saying id benefit from lipo 360, a bbl and j-plasma skin tightening. I want body feminization and a very large hips and a volumptious buttocks. Hes said i would need j-plasma after the lipo to tighten my abdomen and waist. Any help you can give? Ive attached some pictures of my ideal body. Hes saying as I have visceral fat he will need to tighten using the jplasma. Do you tth results would be close to my wish pictures

Dear unknownlux,
in your case, as in quite a lot of body feminization surgeries, you have just very little tissue on the hips, so se recipient tissue is limited. Since fat grafting only works in a certain relation from recipient tissue and grafted fat, the amount of fat for grafting (at least in the first round) is limited. you would probably benefit from at least 2 rounds of BBL. 
Regarding Implants, these give mostly more projection to the back, but limited widening of the hips - here fat will work better. 
In summary, the best option would be step one 360° Lino and BBLstep two: either 2. round BBL or supercharged BBL (implants and fat grafting) (And no, doing so in the first step will reduce the possible amount of fat grafting, so this is not the best option)
regarding tightening devices with either laser or radiofrequency (RF - like in Bodytide, J-plasma or similar devices): these will NOT treat the visceral fat, because visceral fat is around the intestine and below the abdominal muscles - this fat can just be treated by sport, diet and weight loss!
Yes it can tighten the skin, but not the muscle.

A 360 liposuction with a BBL procedure will give you a lot of improvement and a non surgical skin tightening procedure like J Plasma or ThermiTight may further enhance the results, although they do not remove the visceral fat. I agree with your surgeon’s evaluation that this course of treatment will feminize your body and greatly enhance your contours. All the best!

Your wish pictures are not obtainable with Liposuction and fat transfer alone.
You do carry visceral fat and weight loss is indicated to have a more slim and attractive midsection.Your overall subcutaneous fat layer is not thick enough to have the impact to create damage of your wish picture from Liposuction.
You also lack sufficient host tissue in your hips to successfully graft the volumes you’re looking to achieve in a single round or fat transfer. Over grafting only leads to increase fat graft failure.
To maximize the benefit patients are better off grafting conservatively with having multiple rounds of fat grafting gradually building up the tissues.
Weight loss will serve in your favor to shrink your abdomen will also diminish subcutaneous fat layers with less impact from liposuction and less post tissue to support fat grafting.
Regardless, having a bulging abdomen it’s a far more masculine appearance since visceral fat is a masculine fat distribution trait.
J plasma offers little in regards to improvements with Liposuction alone. The device fails to deliver significant skin tightening and skin laxity is not one of your major problems or contributing greatly to body contour issues. 
Weight loss followed by strategic liposuction conserving fat from maximizing hip and thigh augmentation through serial grafting sessions is most likely your best option if you’re going to go the route of body contouring through fat manipulation.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe.
Being a board-certified plastic surgeon with overall good reputation is insufficient to confirm someone has mastered these procedures.
There is substantial variety of outcomes based on variance in skill and experience when it comes to both Liposuction and fat transfer.
For that reason I recommend patients be highly selective carefully vetting plastic surgeons and having multiple in person consultations before committing to any one surgeon or procedure.
To maximize the chance of consistent hi patient satisfaction I recommend patients start by scheduling multiple in person consultations starting with local board-certified plastic surgeons whenever possible. avoid the virtual consultations whenever possible.
During each consultation ask each provider to open their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures for the procedure you’re interested in.
For commonly performed procedures and experience surgeon should have no difficulty showing you a minimum of 50 sets of before and after pictures. Highly experienced surgeons will have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures.
Ask the surgeon to show you as many before and after pictures as possible of previous patients with similar body characteristics to your own.
Ask the provider to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes. we all have them and it’s fair for patients to ask to see a variety of different outcomes. being shown a handful of sample pictures which most likely represents the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
Look carefully at all pictures going over all areas treated to make sure there are no skin contour irregularities on any area treated with Liposuction.
Ask the surgeon to go over the pictures with you asking them to point out areas treated versus areas not treated and look carefully at transition zones between treated and untreated areas. for fat transfer results make absolutely sure that after pictures were taken at a minimum of three months from the date of the procedure. early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not at all represent final results.
Finally I recommend patient to read all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is boy important and more telling then having an abundance of positive reviews.
Look for providers who are thorough in their assessment and spend sufficient time giving you an accurate assessment and realistic expectations based on actual previous results of patients with similar body characteristics to give you a clear understanding of what can and what cannot be accomplished. skill and experience is not just the ability to perform the procedure well but also includes the ability to make accurate assessments with accurate consistent predictions of outcomes.
A natural feminine figure should have an S curve starting from the armpit and finishing at the knees.
A significant number of plastic surgeons fail to understand what the natural feminine body figure should look like creating cartoon caricatures like body formations with inappropriate liposuction and a failure of maintaining a sense of balance harmony and continuation of feminine curves.
The number providers who can consistently deliver quality results when it comes to these procedures is relatively few. Far fewer than most people believe.
Unfortunately far too many plastic surgeons view both Liposuction and fat transfer as simplistic procedures lacking sophistication or recognizing the extent of the true learning curve before mastering these operations.
Considering the procedures are both permanent and irreversible I recommend patients be thorough and their search for the best provider which generally requires multiple interviews with a purposeful vetting of providers.
