Hello. Very good question and I will try to be as honest as possible. I feel it is the best way to earn trust with my patients. The answer would be no. Not if your want the best results possible. It is not very likely that one round of 360 lipo and BBL will get you these results, especially as far as your stomach is concerned. Please keep in mind that sometimes surgeons like to tell patients what they want to hear. And sometimes, these answers may be pre-prepared generic answers to commonly asked questions. You could get something similar to the BBL and hip to waist ratio of the wish pic. But this will depend on how much fat survives and how much fat actually fits in your hips. This intern depends on how tight or lose the skin is on your hips, to allow for a large volume fat transfer. But.....a tummy tuck with lipo would actually help more, because the muscle repair helps tapper the waist and the skin excision helps get rid of the excess skin on your waist! Translating into a better hips to waist ratio!I'm afraid your results with lipo alone will not be aesthetically pleasing if you want to have a flat stomach, without wrinkles and irregularities. You have too much excess skin. This can be seen by the amount of wrinkled skin around your navel and the fold over the panty line. Plus the overall flatness of your stomach cannot be achieved with lipo alone. Visceral fat and muscle diastasis play a big roll in stomach flatness and these issues can only be addressed with muscle repair during a tummy tuck. Excess lipo of your abdomen will result in excess skin, irregularities and fibrosis. This will be hard to correct in a second round. Vaser Lipo or J-Plasma can help with skin contraction, and in your case, it MAY HELP AVOID SOME escess skin and irregularities...... I don't feel this is your best option though. A TT with muscle repair would be your number 1 option by far. Vaser Lipo and or J-Plasma would be a distant number 2 and Traditional Lipo would be a very distant third option. In summary: If you just want to have wider hips and want to avoid a TT scar, and are ok with irregularities, excess skin and not a flat stomach, then by all means. But if your want wider hips, smaller waist, a flatter tighter stomach without excess skin and no irregularities, a tt with muscle repair lipo bbl is your best option. Best of luck on your decision.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for 360 lipo vaser with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Maybe youll end up with a little extra skin and you might need a mini tummy tuck.Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)Dr. Luis Mejia.
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
You may be able to avoid the TT at this time, but this will depend upon your exam and the precision with which the liposuction is performed. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. Fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, etc. and transferred to the hips and buttocks. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same.
You seem to be good candidate for liposuction of torso and fat transfer for shaping of buttocks/hips. It is impossible to say how would your lower abdominal skin retract after liposuction and whether you may need a small TT some time in the future? It is questionable whether you can achieve such a drastic change of shape like in a model, considering that your body frame and relationship between pelvis/hips/waist are different. In person consultation with a board certified [plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
Dear doys, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Hi and thank you for the question! Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). I believe you can attain the results you want to achieve but the only problem could be loose skin that may need a tummy tuck. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
You’re a reasonably good candidate for a BBL.No number of the BBL sessions will get you the results in your wish picture.personally that picture looks highly modified and has an abnormal body contour.I suggest dialing in your expectations to something more appropriate in order to maintain satisfaction with any surgical procedure.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD

Yes you can still get a BBL. You may need to consult your primary care physician depending on the extent of your condition. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped...
