Periareolar incision gone wrong. What can I do to fix this? (Photo)

hayleyv96
I noticed that my nipples were pointed down and I didn’t like how they looked from the side. I had a revision where he lowered them and also made an incision all the way around the areola thinking the scar would retract evenly lifting the nipple instead I’m left with scars around my entire areola and the scarring contracted causing my nipples to look distorted. What can I do to fix this I’m afraid to have another revision and make it even worse the more I research the more afraid I am.
