So I got my BA done this July, nearly 4 months ago.Pre-stats 5”, 150lbs,36B,22yr; Post-stats 5”, 168lbs, 36E (525cc high profile natrelle silicone) I always know I wanted to get a revision because I wanted a very large busy and knew I’d need to do it in multiple surgeries. After talking to my doctor at my 3 month appointment, I decided that I’d do it next summer once I hit my 1 year mark.I know I want to go 2/3 sizes up which would put me at a G/H, would this possible with 700-800cc?
Answer: Implants You have a great result. I would refuse to reoperate on you. You’re looking for problems. Enjoy your beautiful result.

Answer: Going XL Good evening! I perform over 200 XL augmentations a year- more than anyone else in the U.S., in fact I performed three today. Going from 525cc to the 700-800cc range will take you up another cup size or so. This may not get you where you want to be because your goal photo looks a little bigger. Since silicone only goes up to 800cc in the U.S., you may have to go with overfilled saline. Patients love them. The best way to determine the size you need is to try on sizers in your PS' office.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear NdeaMorgan, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: XXL Beeast augmentatio Yes, you can definitely upsize to a larger implant size. You are correct that this needs to be performed in stages. The largest silicone implant available are 800ml. Anything larger than that is not available in the US Market Yet. Alternatives may be overfilled saline or implants may be available outside the US. Please discuss with your Plastic Surgeon.
