Is it true the slope booties turn into saggy butts later in life?! I seen someone comment that in one of surgery groups and now I’m sad because slope is my desired shape!
Answer: Lipo 360 bbl/slope booties - Is it true the slope booties turn into saggy butts later in life? The final shape of the buttocks is largely determined by the starting anatomy, the distensibility of the tissues injected, and the surgical skill employed by the plastic surgeon. Significant volume can be added to the buttocks, producing much larger, more projected buttocks. The fat is expertly placed to produce very shapely, custom tailored buttocks. Even large defects in the buttocks or marked asymmetry can be remedied with this fat transfer technique. Certain aspects of the buttocks or hips may not be improved as much if the tissues do not allow for much stretch or cannot accommodate the fat that is transferred. In these cases, the final result will be limited by the skin envelope. This is an issue that cannot be completely controlled by the surgeon. Finally, the ability of some patients to heal and retain more of the fat than another patient accounts for differences in shape and result following BBL.

Answer: Buttock shape after BBL Shape of patients buttocks significantly depends of underlying bones (pelvis), muscles and deposits of fat on top of it. Based on these components, every patient has her individual buttock shape; this can be changed to a certain degree with fat transfer but it is impossible to create any shape/size that patient may desire. The same stays for long term results; if buttock shape is not significantly changed with injection of too large volume of fat grafts, it is very likely it will stay as it is for many years. With aging and loss of support and elasticity, buttock will start "sagging". Hope this helps.

Answer: Lipo 360 bbl/slope booties - Is it true the slope booties turn into saggy butts later in life? Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately, things are never that simple. There is not one kind of "shape" that always becomes a problem later. The shaping of the buttocks is a complicated process and depends heavily on the patient's baseline anatomy and goals. The same goes for long term outcomes. There is no predictable outcome as patients heal differently and the results of fat transfer are not always predictable.Hope this helps!Dallas R. Answer: BBL An absolute statement like that is incorrect. There are many factors that affect the results of a cosmetic surgery. One of the most important factors is finding the right, board certified plastic surgeon. An experienced surgeon will ensure that your results are long lasting. One of the keys is high definition VASER liposuction, which is superior to traditional liposuction techniques. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Buttocks shape from BBL The truth is that the patient’s potential is the primary determinant of the final outcome and shape. Fat transfer is better at giving diffuse overall volume. Obviously some results are better and shape can be determined for certain degree. Primarily by the choice of where to graft. Still, the candidacy of each individual patient with the exception of the skill of the surgeon is the primary determinant and not the “wish for a goal shape”. It’s generally better to stay within the basic parameters of someone’s inherent body shape. The more you try to create something very different using fat transfer the more likely the results are to look unnatural. Patients who have hyper feminine very curvy bodies generally don’t have a substantially different fat distribution and rather have skeletal structures that support this type of shape. If someone doesn’t have those skeletal structures then using that manipulation to imitate a different body structure has to stay within certain limits. The end result of trying to go outside of these parameters and stop looking like a thin person with too much fat stacked in certain areas. It basically looks like what it is.Other variables like skin laxity have a major impact on both liposuction and fat transfer results. In regards to chronic change I don’t believe that “wish shapes” has much influence.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
