I had a BBL exactly 4 months ago. My hips look horrible. I went in for a follow up about a month ago and they told me everything should go into place by 6 months but I really do not think anything is going to change. It looks like he did half my hips. I have dents and it looks so weird even with clothes on. Is there anything I can do to fix this or would I have to go through surgery all over again?

Answer: Dissatisfaction after BBL Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photographs, one notes asymmetry of the hips. At 4 months out, it could represent either residual asymmetric swelling, residual localized excess fat, or could reflect preexisting asymmetry.Following the procedure, swelling initially totally camouflages the result. 60% of swelling will subside by 6-8 weeks, but it takes a full year to totally subside. The swelling may be asymmetric.15% of cosmetic surgery procedures may require a touch up to achieve optimal results.I would give it more time.Continue followup care with your surgeon and express your concerns.Best wishes...

Answer: Why do my hips look horrible 4 months after a BBL? (Photos) Hi. You have to wait at least a year before thinking about a revision of your BBL, since the transfered fat needs time to get integrated to the receptor area.
