Dr. Nees and saribel have been amazing since the first day I started my journey with them. They always were happy to answer my hundreds of questions especially since I was so nervous about surgery. Dr. Nees always made me feel so comfortable and he is genuinely just a good person overall. He demonstrates the love he has for the work he does and the patients he cares for. Thank you for exceeding all of my expectations.
Dr. Nees is a wonderful surgeon. Very patient and available to listen to all my concerns. He did an amazing job on my face lift. He took about 10 years off. I would definitely return back to him for any future works and highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
I just wanted to understand how much more smaller my BBL will get. I am almost 2 weeks post op and it seemed like just overnight my butt got smaller. Do do unfortunately smoke periodically. I’m just a little upset because I was expecting a bit more bootie than I have now.
My Experience With Dr.Nees On Oct.19 2019 Was Everything Expected It To Be. His Team Was Awesome. The Aftercare Went Smooth For Me Because I Was Able To Call (Which Was Rarely) And They Responded In No Time. I Would Refer Anybody To Him. Dr.Nees Took His Time On Me. And I Love Him For It.
Lipo 360 and fat transfer. The procedure went very smoothly and I was bruised afterwards, but that was not unexpected. By around 6 weeks, my sides, stomach and back and butt looked so much better than they had prior to my procedure. I think Dr. Nees did a great job and I would go back to him for additional procedure. My overall experience was very positive. Updated on 11 Jul 2019: Dr. Nees is a great doctor . Im more than happy with my results and I would go back to him for additional procedure. I had an amazing experience here, Dr. Nees was extremely attentive with me and took excellent care of me. I’m very happy with the way my surgery turned out. Also, the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Nees.
I did lipo/fat transfer with Dr. Nees on October 24, 2018 and I'm VEEERRRRRRYYYYYY happy with my results. More importantly, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Nees. From the first time I met him at the consultation he made me feel very comfortable. I realized that he is very knowledgeable and experienced and that made me very confident in him doing my procedure. He told me upfront the pros and the cons and what my results would be and yep my results are exactly what he said they would be. In addition, I must also take this time to thank the staff from the young lady Latoya who I met at the consultation, the receptionist at the front desk, the Nurse who prepared me for surgery, the young man who wheeled me out after the procedure, all of the Nurses in the recovering area (who I tell I'm their worst patient every time I see them) and most of all Ms. Rose. Yes she brought me back to life on one of my visits when I had a very high fever and I was not aware that I was suffering from a bad side effect from the pain killer. I love these people and it makes the recovery process easier knowing that you can call them and your concerns and questions will be attended to without feeling like you are a bother. So I conclude this review in saying that I HIGHLY recommend Strax and Dr. Nees to any and everyone for any type of procedure. Thanks.
Hi there, how are you? Well I would start with the rhinoplasty procedure and then doan upper blepharoplasty with a bit of lower eye lift to create blasian more exoticappearance of the eyes and face. Dr. Nees
Given your background and description of a large pubic fat pad leading to "buried penis" syndrome, the most common and effective procedure to consider is pubic liposuction. This technique focuses on removing the excess fat from the pubic area to reveal more of the penile shaft. In cases with lax skin, a surgical lift might be necessary to remove and tighten the excess skin for better aesthetic results. However, every individual's situation is unique, and it's important to consult with a qualified plastic surgeon who can assess your specific needs and recommend the best approach. They will consider factors like your overall health, weight, skin elasticity, and goals to suggest the most suitable procedure(s) for you.
Breastfeeding with textured silicone implants and TIGR (a type of synthetic, absorbable mesh) is generally considered safe. The main concerns with breastfeeding after augmentation are milk production and nipple sensitivity, not the materials of the implant or mesh. However, individual circumstances can vary, and the mesh's impact on milk ducts or glandular tissue depends on the specifics of your surgery. To ensure the safest and most informed decision, it's crucial to consult your surgeon and a lactation specialist. They can provide personalized advice based on your surgical details and monitor any potential complications during breastfeeding.
It's possible that the recurrent "bottoming out" of your breast implants, where the implants slip below the breast crease, is due to several factors, even after the addition of a support mesh. Factors like skin quality, especially after significant weight loss and multiple surgeries, can affect the skin's ability to adequately support the implants. Additionally, surgical technique, the type and weight of the implants, might also play a role. It's crucial to discuss these recurring issues with your surgeon or consider a second opinion to assess and understand the specific causes in your case and explore the best options for a more stable and satisfactory outcome.
I'm sorry to hear about the discomfort you're experiencing following your tummy tuck and muscle repair in 2016. Developing a seroma is a known complication, and while it's good to hear that issue was resolved, the fibrous lump at the drainage tube site causing you pain is understandably concerning. Here's what you might consider: Non-Surgical Treatments: Consider steroid injections or physical therapy to soften and reduce scar tissue.Surgical Removal: If the lump is resistant to other treatments, discuss the possibility of surgical removal with a specialist.Pain Management: Use prescribed or over-the-counter medications as recommended by your doctor.Regular Monitoring: Keep track of any changes in the lump and consult your healthcare provider with updates.
