BBL round 2 for hip dips. What do you guys think? Is it worthy?

So I had a BBL 7 months ago, but my doctor didn't place too much fat on my hips, cause he was afraid my hips would look too big for me. I like my overall shape but would like some more roundness in the hip area. Because of that I'm getting another BBL (at no cost), to fill my hip dips. I've gained 5 pounds since my first procedure , and he told me he would lipo my back and flanks and thinks he'll get about 1Lt of fat, is that enough to fill my indentations? I'm attaching my pic and wish pic

It's difficult to get a full understanding of your case without photos or a consultation.  It sounds like you may be a candidate for Vaser revision.  Vaser is the only technology that can remove both the superficial and deep fat layers to maximize contour and symmetry. A buttock assessment too...

Thank you for your pictures.  Your result looks excellent.  You can have some irregularities but you are early in your recovery.  Give the result 6 months to settle and heal.  If there is a contour deformity after 6 months then repeat fat grafting is warranted.
