Dear, sorry to hear about that. Fat necrosis is associated with high volume fat transfer. To diminish this tissue without direct excision and external scar, I would recommend to suction the hard tissue and perform a multi-layered fat graft to fill the depressions and turn the tissue softer. Hello, thank you for your question.This could be fat necrosis or uneven healing from the procedure.  An exam would be helpful in determining whether removal and fat grafting is an option. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for the pictures.  I am sorry to hear about the firm areas from your BBL in 2010.  I would not recommend removing the firm areas or having liposuction performed on those areas.  Your options for increased projection may be gluteal implants or staged fat grafting.  Best wishes

The unwanted areas can be treated with liposuction to decrease their size, possibly with some additional fat added. Good luck.
