I had a BBL and am 2 months post-op however I can see and feel one of my buttock is fuller, and higher that the other one. I notice cellulite/dimples where I didn't use to have any on the smaller buttock and in my tummy area I can see one side is puffy (Fat) the other side looks almost flat. I can tell my waist is slightly crooked. Please help me.
Answer: BBL results Dear CandyyCam,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Uneven BBL, waist and tummy. How can I get this fixed? First of all 2 months after surgery is still early. It is best to give your body 6 months to heal and settle before any type of revision. Also, make sure your expectations are realistic. I find that many patients don't realize that asymmetry of the body is common. One waistline may be naturally more curved or hourglass than the other. When the excess fat is removed and the underlying frame is exposed, one side may be more dramatic than the other. This is not the surgeons doing...they just uncover what god gave you. The two buttocks are not twins going in to surgery, so they won't be twins coming out of surgery. There are so many variables...fat volume loss...fat survival...activity...weight gain or loss etc. Just know that a 2nd BBL does not guarantee perfect symmetry as the same variable are in play. Definitely find a board certified PS that does a large number of these and is seasoned with revision BBLs.

Answer: Uneven BBL, waist and tummy. How can I get this fixed? Hi. Two months post op is too soon to see final results, and also pairs in the body do not recover at the same time. For a revision (to fixed it) you should wait for a year to let the transfered fat integrate.International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Answer: Vaser and BBL Revision Candidate Without photos it's difficult to know exactly what is going on. It sounds like there was uneven distribution of fat to your buttocks while performing your BBL. Vaser is used to smooth and correct all cellulite appearance as well. It involves moving fat around and reshaping the buttock. We use a buttock assessment tool to help guide us in giving you the best results possible and the butt you desire. I recommend consulting with a VASER and BBL specialist, via Skype or FaceTime, to get a better understanding of your case.
