What can be be done to correct front of thigh irregularities following Lipo? (photos)

Generally speaking, if you have some areas of depression following liposuction, injection (grafting) of fat can build up these areas, and along with very slight liposuction of the intervening full areas, will help create an overall smoother surface.  However, if your liposuction was done many years ago, and these irregularities developed over time as your skin and soft tissue lost elasticity, then there may not be much to do unless you actually had much more extensive surgery to tighten the tissue.  Depending on the extent of your problem, you might investigate some of the nonsurgical technologies such as ultrasound or radiofrequency treatments to help firm up the tissue, which might help a little.  Good luck.

It is very common to have bruising and swelling for weeks to months after liposuction procedures. Hello, the current situation is a culmination of several factors, but mainly the issue is loose skin. You could try RF and other skin tightening devices, but I doubt if any would help you achieve the smoothness you are looking for. Sorry!

In some cases no matter whether non invasive or invasive treatments are done the anticipated results are not attained. I believe you are in that category. Sorry. 

HI. It is very dificult to say which was the problem If you dont show preoperative photos. I can deduce that are many things. One solution is continue With hard exercise and another is lipofilling With fat in areas that the defect are more visible.Good luck

The irregular contouring is probably a skin issue, not a fat problem. You might  try to have the skin tightened by producing more collagen and elastin. Exilis radio frequency treatments may improve some of the loose skin.
