How can I get rid of honeycomb lumpy effect and my uneven skin tone after my Liposuction 2 and a half years ago? (photo)

I had liposuction 2 and a half years ago and was under the impression this would settle down. I have uneven skin tone and am lumpy on the areas treated. I had a massage done after one year and a half and some of the larger areas disappeared when massaged I could actually feel them almost disintegrating. But I am still left with this large honey comb affect and am really unhappy. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I would suggest velashape or venus legacy treatments. unfortunately this is very difficult to treat and you need an in person evaluation to determine what is best.  Please see a body shaping expert.  Revision liposuction may be needed and could be done if by the right person who does a lot of "mini" liposuction cases.  Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question and pictures.  The ways to treat the "honeycomb" look that you have would be by wearing a compression garment, massage, or through revision.  Some of your more noticeable indentations might be able to be corrected through liposuction revision, but to be assured of this, it is recommended that you see your board certified plastic surgeon who can offer you a solution tailored directly to you.All the best,Dr. JSB

You would need a revision surgery to address the honeycomb appearance of the abdomen. I do not think its  going to improve over time, or with any conservative measures. Post liposuction deformities can pose a formidable challenge to most surgeons. Do seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to address your concerns.All the best!

Your posted photos demonstrate the effect the skin healing contraction event. In general terms the results are acceptable though not to your likely. These skin irregularities might improve with external RF therapy, minimally invasive RF, KyBella injections to hills(off label use). The RF I prefer is the ThermI.
