After a year and a half of extensive research, I decided to meet Santiago for a deep plane facelift. I was open to his suggestions, which were spot on. Santiago was able to see things I did not. His knowledge, experience, and warmth exceeded all my expectations.
Santiago's team members, from the anesthetist doctor to instrument nurses, are fantastic. Everything went like clockwork and was absolutely perfect. The clinic was top-notch, and his medical work was second to none.
When it comes to my face, I wouldn't entrust it to anyone else. Santiago is a true artist in his field, and in my opinion, the very best. It is so comforting to keep looking like myself, just as I used to be but 20 years younger.

I am 44 years old and after 2 pregnancies my abdominal region never quite was the same. I lead a very healthy lifestyle and considered myself in great physical condition but my small tummy and flaccid skin always remained no matter what I did. I tried various nonsurgical treatments but nothing helped. I am a model by profession so the changes to by body were starting to affect my work.

Finally I decided to consult with Dr. Santiago Zuccardi in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to see what my options were. I am currently residing in Buenos Aires but I really feel that it is worth a trip to Argentina if necessary. He has patience flying in from all over the world. Dr. Zuccardi always made me feel comfortable and cared for and his level of professionalism is exemplary.

He explained what procedure he thought would be best but he always kept my expectations realistic. We decided on laser assisted liposuction on the entire abdomen area, flanks, lower back and upper inner thigh. He also etched out areas on my abdomen waist and hips, he basically reworked my shape.

This was the first time for me to go under general anesthesia but he made me feel at ease explaining that when done correctly it is very safe and allows him to work faster and focus on the surgery and not on my level of comfort. Because of this I had no liquid draining after the surgery and no drains, swelling and bruising was minimal. I am using arnica gel and pellets and I hardly have bruising, I am also using a flexible ab board under my faja.

The procedure took 2 hours and he was able to remove 1kilo 400g of fat.The hospital was top notch and I was impressed by his surgical team. Dr. Zuccardi was always available to answer any question or any doubt at any moment and this was priceless to me. I am currently 13 days post operation and my recovery has been pain free and quick. Day 1 post op I could already see the vast improvements and it will only improve in the upcoming months.

I highly recommend Dr. Zuccardi and his team. I am uploading a few before and after pictures, again I am less than two weeks post op and the results are incredible even with the swelling.

I had the compression strips removed a few days again and I can now see some lines of muscle definition. We did not want to do too much sculpting but enough to be athletic and feminine. The incision marks are so small they are almost impossible to see. In total he made 8 mini holes to define upper and lower abs, upper inner thighs, flanks and lower back. The Dr. says I still have considerable swelling and that the shape and definition of my body will continue to improve over the next couple of months. I am so happy that I had this procedure done. I have no pain but my flanks are a bit tender and I am looking forward to not using the faja anymore. I stopped using the ab board because it was uncomfortable.

I am 6 weeks post op and I am so pleased with my results. I travelled recently and was unable to do my massages for about 1 and a half weeks and boy did I see a difference. I was quite swollen and a bit concerned but after my massage swelling went right down. I had a few hard lumps on my right side and after ultracavitation it is almost completely gone.

Dr. Zuccardi is a fantastic doctor and a wonderful person. Because he loves his job, he works with his heart. I had two surgeries with him and both of them are wonderful and went without any complications. I can say that he did a piece of ART with my breasts and eyelids.
He was always available before and after surgery for any of my questions..even on weekends. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me which is not very easy????. I felt very comfortable and safe. I am very happy with him and with the results????!!! Highly recommend Dr. Zuccardi!

Since the first appointment, my experience with Dr Zuccardi has been fantastic. He took a long time to explain the procedures and answered all my questions very patiently - I never felt rushed or pressured. His team was great too. The anesthetist who works with him was very kind and reassuring, and I did not have any problems from the anesthesia, which was one of my concerns. And the clinic was really top quality, the nurses care was excellent, as well as the food. And the cleaning service, it was spotless. After the procedure finished, Dr Zuccardi came to the room to see me to tell me about the operation, and then he came again the next morning to check on me. His post operation care has been excellent. He is a very warm and caring doctor. And the best of all has been the result. I love my new figure! So far I have not had any complications and have recovered quite quickly. I do not hesitate to strongly recommend Dr Zuccardi, he really surpassed all my expectations.

I have had my buccal fat removal operation and liposuction of my chin neck and cheeks done yesterday, first I had a consultation at his office he is very kind and carring. Answered all of my questions. Yesterday I went to the private hospital, checkt in and they brought me 2 my room. The room was very highclass and clean, I took a shower after that thé dokter came by 2 do the drawing on my face and asked if I needed something or had questions. The staf was also nice they talked to me till I felt a sleep after the anesthesia. I woke up feeling fine seriously no pain just a dry troat. Today is the day after my surgery I feel still fine but yeah my face was swollen more then yesterday but still not that much. I slept half sitting it wasn't very comfi but oke. I want by his office today for a checkup he put some alcohol on my stitches and looked at the swelling and everyting was fine. You get medication of him after the surgery like antibiotics and other one for the swelling, I put ice on my cheeks now and then and ate a lot of ice-cream.. so the swelling goes away fast, but till now everyting is fine and I don't feel any complications, I'm glad I did it and can't wait 2 see the results! El staf era también agradable que hablaron conmigo hasta que me sentí un sueño después de la anestesia. Me desperté sintiendo muy bien en serio ningún dolor sólo un troat seco. Hoy es el día después de mi cirugía me siento todavía bien, pero sí mi cara se hinchó más de ayer, pero todavía no mucho. Dormí medio sentado no era muy comfi pero oke. Quiero por su oficina hoy para un control que poner un poco de alcohol en mis puntadas y miró la hinchazón y todo estaba bien. Usted recibe la medicación de él después de la cirugía como los antibióticos y otro para la hinchazón, puse hielo en mis mejillas de vez en cuando y comía un montón de helado .. por lo que la hinchazón desaparece rápido, pero hasta ahora todo está bien y No siento ninguna complicación, me alegro de haberlo hecho y no puedo esperar 2 ver los resultados!
