I had a tummy tuck on Friday 4/3 and was left with one drain. Since then I have been consistently draining 150-200 daily. While I was at my follow up today, the nurse "milked" my drain and since then (7 hours ago) I have had no drainage. I think she clogged it. I have tried the same technique she showed me to no avail. How can I unclog it?

From my stand point you would not have to remove a IUD for abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) or breast augmentation. I would also check with your gynecologist.
This is an uncommon allergy to have, but should not prevent you from getting a Tummy Tuck. Be sure to tell your surgeon so that he/she can prepare and come up with alternatives to keep you comfortable and irritation free.
I would not worry at this point your final results from tummy tuck can take 3-6 months. Over this time swelling will decrease and skin will further tighten. I would not consider revision until at least 9 months post op but hopefully you will not need a revision. Best of luck...
