Simple clearance from you medical doctor is needed prior to proceeding.  If your medical condition is under control there is no particular reason why you cannot have tummy tuck or liposuction.

As long as your ulcers are well controlled with medications and you have clearance for surgery, you should be fine.  I would make sure everyone taking care of you is aware so they don't give you any medications that could make them worse during or after your surgery.  

Your ulcers need to be treated medically and under control for you to be able to have any type of surgery.  Your primary doctor can help you with these issues.  It could require that you see another specialist as well for more guidance and treatment options.A tummy tuck
