I was told my my dermatologist that she cannot apply botox to my nose to stop my nose sweating. I just read from another Dr. in realself that he applies 10 doses to nose to stop sweating. What is the truth?

Answer: Botox to nose Yes Botox can stop sweat glands from sweating. It works on the nose but the down side is that this area is much more sensitive. The injections in the arm pits are much more easily tolerated. If you have a serious problem with sweating of your nose I would give it a try. Best of luck
