Hello, I am in my mid 30s who has had to deal with axillary hyperhidrosis my whole life. It didnt matter if I was 65kgs or 48kgs I still struggle with it. In high school my dermatologist prescribed some antiperspirant all I remember is it burnt my armpits so bad! I am reduced to wearing white clothes or oversized clothes with panty liners to avoid the embarrassing sweat patch. From what I have read, Botox lasts 4-18months. I would like something permanent. Can I have the suction done?
Hi, Im in my early 30's and very easily sweat on my upper forehead. If i just walk like 300 meters i start sweating on my upper forehead and not in any other place. Is it possible to get Botox in the crook of your arm (the front of the bend of your elbow) for sweating? I want it because I use sunless tanning lotion in the summer and it sweats off right there really bad when I exercise. I generally don't work out in the summer because of this, but would like to be able to work out and not deal with the sunless tanning lotion sweating off there. I've googled quite a bit and have not found anything on receiving Botox there. TIA!
Ive been getting dysport injections for armpits since 2010 every year, it's not optional in my case and its time for me now to have it and I just found out that im 3 weeks pregnant.. i wasn't planning for this but im thankful.. I have an appointment this week for the procedure please let me know if this is safe as its crucial for me during this hot weather. Thanks
Hello, so I am trying to see whom can get my approved for cranial and auxiliary hyperdrosis. I am 40, obest and cannot afford these treatments. I almost suffered an accident from the overwhelming sweat that dripped into my eyes while I was driving it was hell because I got some of my skincare in my eyes and it stung. I have lost 30 lbs thus far and will be doing a full hormonal panel to rule out meno. Should I see a dermatologist or an aesthetics doctor for this? Help
I have had 3 total treatments for hyperhydrosis in my armpits over the last 7 months. Each time the dose was increased as I told the clinic I felt like it wasnt working. I was told there wasnt much they can do now as thats the max they can administer and that is just doesnt work on some people so well. Is this true? Is there anything I can do? Obviously left feeling frustrated at the cost of the procedure and the fact its not worked. Thank you in advance for any help/advice.
I have been experiencing excessive sweating on my scrotum/groin for a couple years and haven't been able to find a product/way to prevent it. I've tried every powder targeted for that area with no real improvement. I've also recently gone on glycopyrolate and while it's helped other areas it's not helping there. I'm wondering if it's safe to use a normal, aluminum antiperspirant (one without parabems and phthalates) on the genitals? I'm also considering scrotox if that's a safer option.
Recently I went through the process of getting treatment to remove my SMP Hairline Tattoo. The practitioner used a solution called UNDO which I believe is a Saline Solution. Went for 2 sessions and didnt see any results but I started noticing that I would sweat significantly more only on the sections where my SMP Tattoo is. For context, I dont sweat much. Ive included pics of: - Immediately after procedure - 2 weeks after procedure(healed) - Excessive sweating only on the SMP
