What are the pros and cons of auto augmentation?

Question

I did some research and I believe that I would be a good candidate for an auto augmentation. What are the cons to this procedure? Would I be at a higher risk for developing complications? Thank you in advance

Fat transfer to the breast is a great way to enhance your
breasts without any implants. There are significantly smaller and less
threatening side effects to an augmentation with fat than to implants. The
possible complications for fat augmentation include some fat loss and some oil
cysts that can aspirated.  In some case, multiple procedures are needed,
palpable nodules and very rarely, small bump scars may also occur. The fat
augmentation procedure offers long lasting results, natural and soft breasts.
Including the benefits of quick recovery, minimally invasive, liposuction, no
cuts, no incisions and no foreign objects in the body. My technique of fat
grafting along with Brava allows the fat grafts to be injected into an internal
breast matrix that is vital to fat survival, placement and volume.

Thank you for your question.  The cons of an auto-augmentation (enlarging the size of a woman's breast with the use of fat grafting) largely revolve around the viability of the fat transferred.  If the fat does not survive, you may develop oil cysts, hard lumps/calcifications, poor cosmetic appearance, contour irregularities, asymmetries between your breasts, need for multiple surgeries to obtain your desired result, and complications at the sites from which the fat is harvested, to name a few.  I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation and discussion of your goal desires for the best recommendation.

I think you're asking if there is a higher risk with auto augmentation vs.breast augmentation? The outcome and risk of complications are different with a breast augmentation using implants.
