History of surgeries: I am a BRCA 1 patient with a very strong family history of Breast Cancer. I write this review over 2 years after finishing surgery; most people write reviews early but not me. Had I been writing it immediately afterwards when still sore, probably would be a different story. You are bitter and cranky when in pain. Dr Khouri, Blanca and Cindy are all kind , intelligent and helpful. All three were there for what i needed and when i needed. Dr Khouri is most definately #1 at this profession. He makes permanately bigger breast with your own fat. He also helps breast cancer surviving patients who had there breast removed grow new breast. Fat transfer to the breast is difficult for the body not to reabsord the injected fat. No other surgeon can do this the way Dr. Khouri invented. I was skeptical

Cannot overemphasize how incredible he and his team are!

I came to Dr. Khouri after having a bad experience with a previous surgeon who had performed a breast reduction. He corrected my breasts by removing implants that were mis-shaping them (although my previous surgeon had placed them there "for the right shape") and also used fat transfer to create natural volume in my breasts without the need for any kind of implant. He also constructed them in a way so that despite being all natural they're perky and upright instead of saggy. Dr.
