How many CC's would I need to get to Arianny Celeste's size? (photos)

Hi.  There are many things to consider rather than just size.  It is tough to tell you exactly but I don't think you would get a natural result with 450 cc or above - for a natural result these would be too big.  Looking at your photos I would suggest a round implant somewhere between 350 and 400 cc and this would give you fabulous result without the "bolt-ons".  RegardsDamien

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. Hello there Looking at photos of other people and trying to work out how it would look on you is notoriously inaccurate .These days there are much better methods are available .If you have an imaging session with a Vectra 3D and combine this with sizing with a sizer kit you should be able to get a very good idea of which implant you need to get to the size you like .CheersTS

There are very good sizing systems available to allow you to choose the implant to give you the desired look. This takes much of the guesswork out of implant size selection.

There is really no way to accurately predict what size you would like without an
examination. During your examination and consultation, you should try on some
sample sizes and see what you are comfortable with. This is an accurate
approximation of what you would get. If in doubt, go up one size from the one
you like. Then the PS can help explain with the size and current condition of
your breasts the effects of those sized implants will have on you.

If you have accomplished this step, then trust your plastic surgeons advice as
to what would be the best size for you. They have the experience. If you are
uncomfortable, go on another consultation.

You have a good underlying breast shape and a reasonable amount of your own tissues.There are many ways to determine which is the best size implant to achieve your aesthetic goals.The place to start is with a full examination. As part of this I would take a number of measurements in particular the width of your breast base. This is the most significant measurement in determining which size implant would look best. We use Vectra 3D simulation imaging to show patients what various implants would look like. I base my implant recommendation on patients' body (chest height, chest width, existing breast tissue) as well as their desired look. Please review before and after photos and see what kind of look that you want. Share your wish photos with your plastic surgeon.  Please convey your goal/expectation with your plastic surgeon clearly.Implants come in different types (silicone, saline), shape (round, anatomic), and profiles and volume. Based on your wish photos, you seem to like high profile implants.Without having the opportunity to evaluate you in-person, I would recommend mid- to high- 400s to achieve your desired look.More meaningful recommendation can be made based on direct examination and in-person consultation. Based on your photographs, I think that you are starting at a good place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery.  I do not know  what size of breast implant  would be necessary to achieve your desired outcome ( goal photographs).  Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. 

Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals we have time for a you their stuff's's homewith your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of know words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” or "bolt ons"etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.
