I'm getting BBL + lipo 360 & arm lipo. I'm aware that in Miami they are only allowed to remove 4 liters of pure fat. I have a lot of fat in my flanks and stomach area so I'm worried that if the arms are included in that procedure, my doctor won't make my stomach flat enough because he's got to stay under that 4Liter mark. I was wondering if 4 liters can be removed from my stomach/flanks and then a little more from my arms, or if the entire body had to stay under the 4 liter mark. Thanks :)

Answer: How to calculate fat removal All fat is calculated independent of what part of the body it gets removed from when it comes to staying within safety limits.If your BBL requires removing up to 4 L (based on Florida regulations) of fat for an ideal outcome then you should not add arm Liposuction would rather come back to do this as a separate procedure.It’s possible the surgeons will spread out the fat removal to include all the areas but not treat each area to completion or the potential best outcome if too many areas are scheduled for one procedure.Each surgeon will have their own approach to this.
