From your photos, it seems like you’d do great with Kybella to melt the tiny bit of fat you have under your chin. As for your jowls, well first I can’t really see them in the photo, and second if you do have prejowls they’re probably caused by skin at your young age, not fat. I’d suggest starting a program that improves your skin quality overall, such as regular chemical peels and retinoids. Consulting a board-certified dermatologist will help you come up with the optimal solution.
Thank you for your pictures and questions. You are the ideal candidate for Kybella under the chin. This is the FDA approved use and is great for people like you who only have a small amount that needs to be addressed. You might get a great result from even a single treatment. As for Kybella use for the jowls, this is considered off-label use by the FDA and while it could be done (and is by many practitioners including myself), this should be discussed in detail with a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.Best of luck!Dallas R. You appear to be a candidate for Kybella. Keep in mind, a combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck. See a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. Best, Dr. Emer.
While it’s difficult to tell without a hands on asessment, based on your photos, Kybella is an excellent product for these areas. You may need to repeat the injection process a few times for optimal results. Be sure to see a provider with experience in Kybella. Best of luck to you!

Kybella is a great treatment for submental fat. Looking at the pictures you provided I think you will have good results. You need consult with a certified and experienced physician in fat reduction in the submental area.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you might be a good candidate for Kybella. Kybella is an injectable product that can be used to help your body to rid itself of fat cells that form under the chin (submental fat). Typically, patients need 3-4 rounds of injections, each one month apart. For more information, I recommend getting a in person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.
You are the perfect person for a little Kybella under the chin. A combination of Kybella and Thermage to tighten the skin will give you the best results. Someone with a minimal amount of fat may only need one or two treatments to tighten the jowls and help rid the submental area of fat. Please consult an expert in Kybella for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
Thanks for your question and posting pictures. We have discontinued Kybella treatments in our practice for melting submental fat. If you want a non-surgical approach, the FDA recently approved the SculpSure laser for treating submental fat (double chins). It is a quick 25 minute, completely non-invasive treatment. In the FDA study, the participants had 100% satisfaction after 1 or 2 treatments. In the Kybella FDA studies, there is high satisfaction after an average of 6 treatments. I did SculpSure recently and it was only mildly uncomfortable. I had no noticeable swelling. With Kybella, you will have noticeable swelling for 1-4 weeks. The treatment cost for 1 SculpSure Submental is less than the average cost of 1 Kybella treatment. Before you consider CoolScupt, try holding an ice pack under your chin for 4 minutes. Now think about doing it for an hour. Best of luck.
From your photos, it looks like you could benefit from Kybella, schedule a consultation with an experienced injector to formulate a treatment plan. Most, if not all people have much better results with at least 2 treatments, this is normal.Good Luck!
Most patients require 3-4 treatments with Kybella. You have minimal submental fullness, so it is possible that one vial would produce a subtle change that you like. However, too much Kybella can cause submental hollowing (the cobra deformity). Perhaps a better option is just to leave this area...
Thank you for your question! If the sagging jowls are caused mainly by fat, then Kybella can help. Kybella will not tighten skin. If surgery is not an option for you, then Profound RF is your best option. We now combine this with Threads to improve results. Seek out an opinion from a boar...
Thank you for the question. I would recommend you consult with someone so they can examine the area in question. It may be that there is an area of fat that has been missed by the treatment, vs an area of fat that became hard and calcified (fat necrosis) instead of being absorbed, or could h...
