You can have an abdominoplasty, which will remove extra skin and repair any muscles that separated during pregnancy. Or, you can have Morpheus8 done which is micro needling with radio frequency. A full tummy tuck can help tighten this loose skin. There are nonsurgical options for skin tightening, however the results tend to be unpredictable and not as dramatic as surgery.

You have extra skin in the abdomen, the way to fix that it’s removing the skin, and also the muscle repair will help you to get flatter abdomen

You are an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck. Unfortunately, some of your stretch marks are above the umbilicus and those will remain after surgery but will be relocated below the umbilicus.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. In your case, an in person evaluation with a qualified plastic surgeon would be necessary to determine the amount of excess skin you have. A tummy tuck will certainly remove some of your stretch marks but some may remain. There are non-invasive options to tighten skin that have varying amounts of success but generally they do not get completely rid of stretch marks.
