One year post op - Why is my nose pointing to the side and how can it be fixed? (Photos)

I got a rhinoplasty about a year ago now. Besides the fact it’s still bigger than I would like, it’s also pointing to the left. It’s way more noticeable in photos especially taken from the back camera . Why has this happened and what do I do?
