Rhinoplasty gave me a fake upturned nose, that's too small, is it possible to extend it? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty and specifically asked to straighten my deviated nose without touching the shape or tip too much to achieve a natural look. The surgeon did the complete opposite of what I asked for and gave me a fake looking upturned nose that looks way too small and out of proportion with the rest of my face. Please tell me this is fixable..?

This is a great question! Typically the number of revisions alone does not affect the likelihood of necrosis occurring.
The nose has 6 arteries contributing to blood flow in the area (Supratrochlear artery, Dorsal nasal artery, Angular artery, Lateral nasal artery, Columellar artery and...
There is still a lot of swelling in that photo. I do not recommend that patients analyze their nose until many months after surgery. This is because the swelling can make the appearance very different.
