Rhinoplasty gave me a fake upturned nose, that's too small, is it possible to extend it? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty and specifically asked to straighten my deviated nose without touching the shape or tip too much to achieve a natural look. The surgeon did the complete opposite of what I asked for and gave me a fake looking upturned nose that looks way too small and out of proportion with the rest of my face. Please tell me this is fixable..?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a Revision with Nasal Tip Deprojection and tip derotation. This can be accomplished by releasing all scar tissue during a Revision and placing extended spreader grafts for tip derotation. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
