I just don’t like my nose in general and feel like it looks kind of fat. I don’t have a problem with the slope of my nose it’s mostly the tip (how round it is) and just how wide it is.

Based on the photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be worked on primarily to make it thinner. Your skin does appear a bit thick so you have to be realistic in your expectations, but you can have a nice improvement. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Your nose presents a number of interesting anatomical issues, which gives you the impression of being unaesthetic. Firstly, the tip cartilages are rather wide and seem to make up 75%-80% of the nasal base. Also, it appears the lateral wings (crura) are maldirected upwards instead of more laterally, giving the tip a round or ball-like appearance. Also, the soft tissue beneath the tip, which we call the "soft triangles", are too prominent which is also detracting. An alarplasty is exactly what you do not need, since it would make things worse by exaggerating the central fullness of your tip! You should consider a rhinoplasty by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Having the surgery by someone who does not have an extensive experience with the subtleties I mentioned could lead to the need for revisional surgery afterwards.

An alar-plasty accomplishes narrowing wide nostrils. A closed rhinoplasty can address narrowing of the bulbous nasal tip. Osteotomy's of the nasal bones accomplish narrowing the entire bridge line. Digital computer imaging of your nose would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished
