Is there a supra alar groove procedure to pinch/tuck/lift these areas? (Photos)

Not concerned about the tip or alar base, but more of the supra alar groove. what can be done to sort of pinch/tuck/lift these areas so my nose doesn't widen so much when I smile. I'm not interested in botox, I want a permanent result. I've seen alar base reductions, but in my opinion it gives off mrs. piggy especially for a thicker nose like mines.

Looking at your photos seems to give the faint suggest of a subnasal scar, as one would have from a liplift procedure. If this is the case, that would explain any difference because of the amount of skin lifted into the nasal base. In any event, the difference between the two sides can be corrected.

Usually excising just the alar base or floor will just bring the nostrils in towards the midline. However, if you excise some of the alar wall as it approaches its attachment to the floor, you actually change the axis of the nostril from up & out to more anterior-posterior. You can certainly have rhinoplasty to address only the tip, while leaving the bridge alone. No osteotomies are needed so there's minimal to no bruising. It's still a surgery, but much less invasive than a full rhinoplasty. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

You are a good candidate for alarplasty. The minimum time you should wait to get alarplasty is 3 months after your rhinoplasty but the preferred wait time is one year. Your nose will continue to change for a whole year. There is likely some swelling in the tip and will get better over time....

Yes, it is possible to reduce nostril flare without excising nasal floor. If the nostrils still seem flared to you, a wedge can be removed only from the lateral nasal walls to correct this.
