I have a bulbuos nose, but I do not want to undergo an invasive surgery so nothing I can do about the tip, correct? I prefer a minimally invasive procedure with little downtime and no black eyes. In one of the pics I have attached, I am pushing down my nostrils and bringing them closer together. It gives a narrower and slimmer appearance. I'm told Alarplasty is best to get this look. Is there a scarless way to do this or a way in which you can't see the scars on the outside?
