I had a lift and implants done 20 years ago, then I had one more child 10 years ago. My breasts were saggy again and one of them was smaller than the other. I also exercised and lost weight but no matter what I did I couldn't get my stomach flat or strong. I was hurting my back all the time because of my weak core muscles.
