a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Often times, there is stubborn fat in areas that cannot be targeted with diet and exercise. Despite being thin and in good shape, you can still have excess fat in these areas, like under the chin. In order to achieve the desired look and have a defined jawline, we can most certainly perform liposuction to remove the fat below the chin and around the jawline. This will ensure an optimal result and that the fat will not return with time and weight gain.

You have two things going on - there is fullness under your chin (in the neck) and you have some falling of the soft tissue of the chin. Liposuction may help the first, but even better is a "deep neck lift" or "neck contouring". We do this through a small incision under your chin and can improve both issues.

Yes you will benefit from it. Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

It's very difficult to tell from the fuzzy photographs presented, but You appear to have fat deposits located below the platysma muscle which is going to require a surgical neck lift procedure which involves surgically removing fat below the muscle. Liposuction can only remove fat deposits above the muscle and will be only minimally effective. A platysma plasty is also performed to significantly improve the jawline. No skin removal is required. This is most likely genetic deposits fat located below the platysma muscle creating the fullness in that area, and is not related to your weight.

Nice try to post far distance photos but not really helpful. I think sub mental lipo with HA fillers to jawline is great option. Fee $5,000 +/- ranges. Seek in person or virtual consults. Or post better photos.

We make assessments based on standard pictures showing a full facial frontal view and lateral profile view without facial expression.

Facial expression changes contours dramatically and that is not a good baseline to base surgery off of.

If you’re thin and don’t have much subcutaneous fat then Liposuction is not going to have that much of an impact.

Most young people who are not overweight who complain about lack of jawline definition or forming a premature double chin or early jowls typically have issues with the size and shape of their mandible in relationship to the Maxilla.

This often presents with a dental overbite occlusion and on profile pictures and upper lip that has more forward projection than the lower lip.

I suggest having a few in person consultations for the local board-certified plastic surgeons. If you wanna get a proper assessment in regards to bone structure and what it’s contributing did you consider speaking with an oral surgeon.

Most people go immediately to an assessment and treatment options for soft tissue when in reality bone structure is usually the primary and only thing causing a problem. Obviously manipulation of facial bone structure is more complex and involved though there are cases where there may be simpler solutions.
