I recently got my wedding photos back and I absolutely hate my chin. I’m wondering if chin liposuction would be a good solution or if there’s something different to solve the issue. I’d like to lose the fat under the chin and have a more defined jawline. I am thin and it does not seem to go away.

Answer: Chin liposuction Dear ldc2998, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Perhaps You have two things going on - there is fullness under your chin (in the neck) and you have some falling of the soft tissue of the chin. Liposuction may help the first, but even better is a "deep neck lift" or "neck contouring". We do this through a small incision under your chin and can improve both issues.
