Female, 23 yrs, 77 kg, 173 cm. Everyone says that I’m very slim (imo skinny fat). But I always feel like I have a very bad side profile and look like an entirely different, less attractive person from the side. I’ve already asked at my regular hyaluron injection snd my injector said that there isn’t much fat there. If I pinch my skin its also almost nothing and instantly hurts. Ive weighed 90 kg before and lost a lot of weight in a year. No noticeable loose skin but ideal result if I push up

Answer: Facial aesthetics Each persons facial individuality or how we look especially when young and not overweight is purely determined by facial skeletal structure. Soft tissues are very consistent from person to person but bone structure is not and very unique among each individual giving us the ability to recognize one person from another. Some people have more aesthetically ideal facial skeletal structures than others. Attempting to treat issues related to bone structure with soft tissue manipulation is going to give limited improvement at best and even then may just cause problems. For example, someone who is chubby will typically respond well to Liposuction of the chin and neck despite having an undersized mandible in relationship to the Maxilla. The ideal treatment may be jaw surgery but Liposuction can give it a good improvement even though it doesn’t address the primary problem. Without a nice thick fat pad to reduce there isn’t much Liposuction is going to do for you. At 23 years old you don’t need a facelift or neck lift. Your facial characteristics are definitely not abnormal and would be considered attractive by most people and there is no clear indication for surgical intervention. You are a direct representation of each of your parents and there’s something to be said about simply acceptInc that and showing gratitude for life itself. Most people buck on the idea of having cranial facial surgery though for some people it is completely appropriate and the right procedure. I think if you ask people around you who know you and care about you they would all tell you that you are attractive and don’t need anything done. I would probably join in that opinion. Happiness is inversely proportionate to expectations. Perhaps writing a gratitude list every morning for a couple of months may help you. Avoid having surgery unless it’s indicated.
