They are:1) Facility Fee2) Anesthesia Fee3) Surgeon’s FeeI will talk about each of them. The facility fee is cost paid to the locationwhere is surgery is performed. This covers all of the supplies, instruments, and staff that will take care of you. It covers all of your office visits before and after surgery andthe surgery. This fee will change based on the amount of work anddifficultly of the rhinoplasty. Revision rhinoplasties generally will bemore expensive.Generally speaking a primary rhinoplasty canvary from 7,500 to 9,500 dollars.

Based on your photo you do appear to be a candidate for rhinoplasty. A far superior result with regard to balance of your face would be achieved with rhinoplasty and a chin implant. However, rhinoplasty alone would create significant improvement in your profile. Costs can range from $5000 - 10000 depending upon your location and the surgeon that you choose. Rhinoplasty for the large nose with nasal bump and probable bulbous tip etc See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. You have a short nose and refinement of the tip by an inexperienced surgeon this can often shorten the nose even more. Otherwise you should have a fine result if you choose a surgeon who does natural noses.
Hello potato18,The cost of rhinoplasty is made up of several factors. The cost of the operation can vary widely based on geography, the surgeon's experience and skill, and other factors. Costs can be broken down into its component parts such as the surgeon's (professional) fee, facility fee, equipment fees, and fees for anesthesia. Usually cosmetic rhinoplasty ranges from about $6000-10000. Often times surgeons will charge more for revision surgery as these surgeries tend to be more difficult and complex. From your limited photo, I think that refining your profile by lowering the bridge of the nose to a straight profile. However, an in-person examination would be best to assess any additional needs.Michael M. Kim, MD
Costs for rhinoplasty differ depending on the area of the country. A good guess or estimate would likely be between $6-8000.00 for surgeon, operating room and anesthesia costs for a primary rhinoplasty.
Full rhinoplasty operations costs in the range of $4,500 to $8,500. Best to seek a few in person opinions.
The convexity or hook in the nose is created by excess cartilage and bone along the dorsal bridge line. The rhinoplasty procedure involves shaving down the dorsal hump, reducing the nasal bridge line and getting the nose to be better proportional with the facial features. The fees for rhinoplasty will vary from surgeon to surgeon and in different regions of the country. The best thing to do is go for a consultation. Best of luck.
Hi potato18. Costs for rhinoplasty vary depending on the region, surgeon, and complexity of the case. It is very important to find a surgeon with good qualifications, expertise and natural results. Rhinoplasty can be a complex operation and requires expert knowledge to master. It appears based on your profile that your radix may need to be augmented and a small dorsal hump taken down. Good luck in your search. Best, Dr H
From the posted photo you appear to have a beautiful result. I would suggest that you don't do anything for at least a year from your surgery and see if you still feel the same way. I would also suggest you try some filler first before surgery to see if you truly like having a "hump" back.
