Is it safer to remove nexaplanon/birth control implants before surgery/rhinoplasty?

The risks of the implant is increased chance of bloodclots when having surgery and bedrest.

I'm conservative so I would not do them at the same time.  Combining the procedures could damage the skin and result in healing problems.  Some surgeons would probably do them together, but I prefer to play it safe.  I would do the dermabrasion after a few months.

It is impossible to give you recommendation based on your question.  How old are your?  If you aren't 18, you can't have surgery without parental consent.  If you are over 18 and plan to okay for a rhinoplasty yourself, you have the right to privacy, including from your parents.
