Why not have one do both procedures. If they both can do it at the same time, then I do not see a specific problem. If you have one do it one day, then you may want to heal first before having the other performed.

It is impossible to give you recommendation based on your question.  How old are your?  If you aren't 18, you can't have surgery without parental consent.  If you are over 18 and plan to okay for a rhinoplasty yourself, you have the right to privacy, including from your parents.
