Can my surgeon add a slight hump back to the bridge of my nose? (photos)

emkzio
I had a dorsal hump removed 5 months ago. My tip was not touched, just the hump filed down. My rhinoplasty result is phenomenal; however, I personally wanted the hump not filed as much. Now I realize that I liked my face more with a slight hump. I know my result is perfect but for me I felt more like myself with a hump similar to my natural ethnic features. Is it possible to make it look realistic and natural hump like a typical middle eastern nose?
