Can my surgeon add a slight hump back to the bridge of my nose? (photos)

Leave it alone! Your nose looks great and why take a chance. You can use filler to see if u like it 

I agree with many of my colleagues' responses. I would not do a thing for at least one year. What I have found with nasal surgery is that patients are usually a little shocked at the new nose because the old one was with you for so long. It is amazing what time will do with the way you feel about your nose. If after a year you feel the same way then I would look into adding some volume back. You may want to consider the off label use of some filler to see if that is really what you want because it will dissolve over time, but again I would wait a year for even that.

From the posted photo you appear to have a beautiful result. I would suggest that you don't do anything for at least a year from your surgery and see if you still feel the same way. I would also suggest you try some filler first before surgery to see if you truly like having a "hump" back.

A filler could be added but why?? The few posted photos show an excellent result! I might refuse to offer you any injection for such a nice result... 

From your photo, it does appear that you have a great surgical result, and over time, you might get more used to your new nose and how it fits your face. However, hyaluronic acid filler injections (like restylane, perlane, juvederm, etc) can be used to re-create a dorsal hump if you continue to be unhappy with your appearance. These fillers typically last for about a year, and can be done in the office without general anesthesia. Down the road, if you wanted a more permanent result, cartilage grafting to create a slight hump would be an option. All the best!

A small dorsal hump can be put back using a cartilage graft. You can also have an injectable filler placed to see the location and size of the dorsal hump that you think looks best.

The simplest way to achieve a natural hump without another surgery is use of fillers. Fillers like Juvederm or Restylane can be precisely placed and can give you a subtle natural hump that you are looking for. Surgically, this could be achieved by placing a small cartilage graft. I would check with your surgeon as he or she would be able to guide you to the best option.

I believe your result is gorgeous.  I feel you shouldn't have any type of surgery to get your 'hump back'.  Give it some more time, and if you still want the bump...maybe try a small amount of filler.  In the meantime, enjoy your beautiful nose.

The answer to your question is yes it can be done but I will also ask a question, why do you want to do that? I would ask you to wait another 5-6 months until healing is complete, hoping that you would change your mind..
