It is difficult to know from this angle whether your procedure included a deep plane neck lift, but if it was only a corset platysmaplasty, you could gain more definition for the jawline contours with the deep plane component of a neck lift revision.

Hello, hope you are well. It is somewhat difficult to provide best advice based on this photo, but there does appear to be sufficient skin and soft tissue laxity to be considering revision surgery. There is no obvious platysma banding, but visibly hanging skin appears to remain an issue. Your best course of action is an in-person consultation to discuss your options.
