Gender: female Age : 62 Feb 17, 1962 Weight: 148 Skintype : European I've had 2 neck lifts done . Both in Tujannia mexico at CER hospital. Two different surgeons. I asked many times " why" my results ended up so poor the first time, I'm always told its how you heal . Revision much better on neck however similar issues on jaw line. Tried laser treatments & microneedling & accuptunture. Revision was done 17 months ago. Want to fix jawline please

It looks like you need more extensive surgery and better surgeon. Very likely that lower face/neck lift would be procedure to consider. Surgical result in face/neck lift significantly depends of the experience and skill of the surgeon. Good luck.

In my experience, wide undermining encompassing the entire anterior triangle of the neck, corset platysmaplasty well below the hyoid (cervico-mental angle), sub-hyoid  subtotal transverse platysma myotomy to prevent recurrent bands, removal of excess (including jowl) fat, weakening the anterior belly of the digastric muscle, skin re-distribution, and occasionally additional measures  are fundamental to restore smooth neck contours, a youthful facial shape, and well defined jaw line.  No short cuts.

As seen in your posted photos, though they were not done in good lighting, appears you have had limited undermining or lifting effect more Lipo effect causing these issues. A complete revision of neck lift is indicated with no liposuction and a submental incision extended also. Fee is $20,000, very difficult revision case. Best virtual consult with.
