From the submitted photos it appears that a revision to your neck lift will be needed for improvement. Be sure to research your surgeon. It looks like you need more extensive surgery and better surgeon. Very likely that lower face/neck lift would be procedure to consider. Surgical result in face/neck lift significantly depends of the experience and skill of the surgeon. Good luck.

In my experience, wide undermining encompassing the entire anterior triangle of the neck, corset platysmaplasty well below the hyoid (cervico-mental angle), sub-hyoid subtotal transverse platysma myotomy to prevent recurrent bands, removal of excess (including jowl) fat, weakening the anterior belly of the digastric muscle, skin re-distribution, and occasionally additional measures are fundamental to restore smooth neck contours, a youthful facial shape, and well defined jaw line. No short cuts.
