What are the pros and cons of removing the L-shaped silicone in my nose?

Removal should be straightforward and your nose may return to original shape but scar tissue and pressure from implant may have flattened the tip. In general you would benefit from cartilage grafting to optimize appearance.

Removing a nasal implant is usually easy. The issue is that the improved aesthetic appearance of the nose will go back to its original shape. If you are ok for that to happen then get it removed. RegardsDr. J

 It is certainly possible to remove the implant, but your nose will most likely go back to its original shape. Copies of the previous operative report be  helpful to understand what other maneuvers were performed on inside the nose at the same time besides placement of the implant itself.
