Currently at 255cc, planned exchange to 355cc — would dropping to 335cc undersell my goal? (Photo)

I'm having a breast augmentation exchange on August 6th. I'm 5'3¾" (almost 5'4"), 114 lbs, and currently have 255cc implants that I've felt are too small since my first surgery. My surgeon and I planned on 355cc for the exchange, but as the date gets closer I've been feeling anxious about going that much bigger, and I'm considering asking for 335cc instead to calm my nerves. Given my frame, would a 20cc reduction (335 vs. 355) be noticeable on my body, or is it small enough not to matter? Since I already feel undersized at 255cc, could dropping to 335cc risk leaving me in that same 'still too small' feeling? For anyone who downsized their goal close to surgery due to anxiety rather than a sizing change — were you happy with the result, or wish you'd stuck with the original plan? Really appreciate any surgeon or patient input — trying to make sure I don't let nerves talk me out of the result I actually want. But also don't want to look like I am all boobs.
