Do I need an implant and tummy tuck revision? (Photos)

In November of 2023, I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. My implants are 455cc over the muscle and I had abdominal liposuction with muscle repair. In the last year I have noticed changes in my implants, more specifically the right one. It seems to be falling towards my armpit and when I am reclined or laying down, there is quite a large indentation. I am not happy with my abdominal scar as it is not straight and has a bit of indentation in the center. I went to a highly recommended board certified plastic surgeon and am just curious what anyone would suggest.

At under a year post-op with a 70lb weight-loss history, settling is still ongoing and most surgeons judge lift results at 12 months. If nipple position or asymmetry still bothers you then, a smaller-scope revision is reasonable — monthly photos will show whether things are still changing.
