Thanks for your question.I do not recommend my patients to have lipo form after tummy tuck.They are asked to wear binder or compression garment for 4-6 weeks.Since each plastic surgeon can differ in our surgical and post-surgery protocol, it would be best to check with your plastic surgeon.Best regards.
In my practice , our patients are given a compression garment with lipofoam. I am not quite sure what the ab board is. You should follow the recommendations of your plastic surgeon.
