Do I have to do 2 staged? Only did a consult with one surgeon so far. I want my results to look like Sydney Sweeney's.

Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. However, you appear to have a large amount of breast tissue. You do not need implants but a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your question and photo. A breast augmentation/lift can be do at the same time or it can be staged. If done at the same time, it involves only one surgery. Some surgeons prefer to do the lift first to reshape the breast and add an implant later. This might be a safer way especially if the breasts are too saggy, since a combination surgery might affect the blood supply and can increase the complication risk. Many times, the patient might not want an augmentation if the surgeon is able to auto-augment the superior pole with the breast lift. A lift shortens the breast axis and removes loose skin envelope with minimal or no breast tissue removal. An augmentation expands the breast tissue and skin. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in all aspects of breast surgery for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

It is possible and no-one can guarantee a result. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. There are costs and benefits to combining procedures.

The obvious benefits of reduced time of recovery and cost should not be overlooked. Combined surgeries tend to be less expensive. There is also a single recovery period.

However, there are costs as well. Combined surgery is more intense and has inherently greater healing demands on the body. The two procedures (aug + lift) are in direct opposition to each other (aug will expand and the lift will contract). The result is an overall higher complication rate.

With regards to your specific question, augmentation and lift are commonly combined procedures. While it is difficult to say for certain without an in-person exam, it is likely that you could combine them. Staging is safer and more conservative but that is a rule that generally holds true regardless of patient selection.

Goal photos are helpful. Although, I would caution against tying expectations to one celebrity look or another especially if the celebrity has never had surgery.

As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Based on the submitted photo you appear to be a good candidate for a breast augmentation with a lift.  This will give you more volume, remove excess skin, improve shape, and raise the nipple position.  This is commonly done safely and with great results in one stage.
