Hello! I am interested in having my chin implant swapped for a different style/size and was hoping to have this done via incision under the chin rather than intraorally which is how it was placed. My surgeon used two screws to secure the chin implant. I want to avoid cutting the mentalis a second time. Is this possible? Could it be replaced under the chin with the screws fixed in this location? Or am I limited to another oral approach?
