Do I need a chin implant revision? (photos)

Question

Thinking of getting a revision, I feel like my implant makes my chin too long and I think it should be sitting higher on my jaw. It also makes my chin tissue look strange (can see on X-ray too). Should I consider getting a revision?

Your chin implant is hanging off of the bone which would create a longer appearing chin. Moving it  up higher up on the bone with screw fixation can be done. Whether it should be done is based on your aesthetic judgment/desires.
