Want my outer abdominals pull more medial a bit aggressive, to enhance my waist. Is that possible? Recommendations? Surgeons who do it...

Thanks for your post and photo. A tummy tuck can help to enhance the contours of your waist and stomach, but liposuction might be a better option based on your photo. The type of procedure you’ve described is very aggressive and involves an intensive recovery period, but liposuction can significantly enhance your waist and create a curvier appearance with minimal downtime or scarring. Thank you for your question & photo.  Yes, that is possible.  Based on your photo I would recommend lipo 360 with fat transfer.  By minimizing your waist and adding volume to round your hips and buttocks, you will achieve a curvier more feminine silhouette.  Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. Thanks for your question. Base don your photos you can slim down your waist and abdomen with liposuction. The ideal liposuction candidate has localized fat deposits and quality overlying skin without significant excess skin or skin damage.  Fat can then be removed to strategically sculpt the body and accentuate feminine curves.  The skin then retracts over the new shape to give the final result.That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Thank you for sharing your question.  It may be possible if the abdominal musculature is loose or has ben stretched over time.  Otherwise the illusion of a more tapered waist may be possible with liposuction at the time of a tummy tuck, although your stomach does not show significant skin excess to warrant one.  This ultimately depends on an in-person examination however.

If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposucion to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert in liposuction.

No need for a tummy tuck, but targeted liposuction around your waist will give you a nice feminine contour, and this contour could even be emphasized with fat grafting to the hips.  Would be a straightforward office procedure with no need for any post-op narcotics or opioids.  Make sure to be seen by a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and with experience in treating transgender patients.  Best of luck!

Based on your photograph, you are a better candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
