I have a wide ribcage and was wondering if a corset tuck would make my waist look smaller.

If the fullness in your abdomen is just some local fatty deposition, then liposuction would be a better option, and liposuction in addition of waist and back may make an even nicer waistline.I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon.
