Will a lip lift change your nose?

I like my nose but i hate hate my long philtrum , i wanted to go for a lip lift this year , but will it make my nose wider?! Or look different !? Maybe it Depends on the doctor skill !

Dear pollack~ Thank you for your question.  A lip lift will not improve the vertical lines above your upper lip (except for the portion of the lines that is on the skin that is removed).
