Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have very strong hump on your nose bridge and your tip is over projected for your face. Also your chin is behind your face. That problems might be the reason the long mid face. I recommend you chin implant and rhinoplasty for improve your side face projection. Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively short lower 1/3 of your face and a reclusive chin appearance on profile. Depending on your examination, chin augmentation with an implant may result in a more proportional facial appearance on front view and a more balanced profile view as well.
