Would nostril fat grafting resolve my asymmetry?

Question

I was wondering if fat grafting might resolve my nostril asymmetry? I have a hollow area in between my retracted columella and my right nostril. It grooves inwards slightly. I have attached photos for your reference.

Hello! Thank you for your question. Usually the fat grafting solve this problem but without any picture It would not be a proper evaluation. If you can provide from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. There are no photos attached. The hollowness is more likely to respond to a cartilaginous graft as it is more controlled than a fat graft. However, both will work to some extent. This can improve the asymmetry but not completely resolve it.
