Hi, I would like to seek your opinions on the options, surgical and non-surgical, for my nose. I would like to correct a dent in the cartilage of my nasal tip, make my nasal tip more symmetrical, and fill in the nasal bridge. I would be willing to undergo this procedure under a local anesthetic, and I would not like my nose to be broken (unless I am mistaken), as my requests involve cartilage rather than bone. Also, how much would this operation likely cost? Thanks!
