Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. You can have a tip only rhinoplasty done if that's what you really want. This will improve the tip, remove the dent, and make it less boxy, while leaving the bridge alone. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation that can do computer imaging at the same time.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided you have a strong hump on your nasal bridge. The non surgical ways would not solve your problems. Also the with the piezo technique your nose will be not broken like you think. I recommend you open rhinoplasty. Unfortunately, there are not enough photos of your nose to render a sound opinion. The up close profile picture of your nose appears to show relatively thin nasal skin and an overprojected bridge. The base view of your nose may reveal some degree of nasal obstruction. The aesthetic appearance of your nasal base is not terribly important. Based on these photos, it appears that traditional rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty (if you have problems with nasal obstruction/breathing), would be a good solution for you. Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

You need a rhinoplasty to correct those things. Of course, some of this could be adjusted with a nonsurgical rhinoplasty (filler injections), but, for the best results we would want to change the shape and position of the cartilages thus allowing the skin to drape better across the nose and permitting you a better nose shape.
